2. Data we process

Through the contact form we receive the data you provide yourself: full name, company name, business e-mail, country, the service required and the text of your message.

When you visit the website, technical server log data may be recorded automatically, including your IP address, the date and time of the request, the browser type and the requested page address.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Contact form data is processed in order to respond to your request and to discuss possible cooperation, on the basis of your consent and the need to take steps prior to entering into a contract.

Technical data is processed on the basis of the Company’s legitimate interest in operating, maintaining and securing the website.

Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

4. Retention

Requests are kept for as long as needed to respond to them and for contractual follow-up, where it takes place. After that the data is deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires otherwise.

To operate the website and receive requests, the Company may use hosting and infrastructure providers, such as Cloudflare, as well as the messaging tool used to receive requests. These providers process data only to the extent necessary to provide their services.

The Company does not sell personal data and does not share it for advertising purposes.

The Company applies organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Data between your browser and the website is transmitted using encryption.
